Then, you’d have to operate the chopper by touching the easy-to-clean touchpad for a few seconds each time you want it to process your material. Within a few seconds of processing, your material would be processed in the way you want.

The chopper of Hamilton Beach is highly durable by nature. Yes, the chopper is made up of a standard plastic bowl and stainless steel blades. Therefore, if you purchase the chopper, you can use the chopper for a long duration under its normal usage. Isn’t that great!

You can emulsify your dips, sauces, and dressings, etc. with the oil dispensing lid of this chopper. Yes, you can add some oil in the ingredients that you have to process with the chopper to prepare your food items.

Well, you can easily clean the chopper with your hands or your dishwasher. The removable parts which are bowl, lid, and blade section can be washed by hands or with a dishwasher. But you cannot wash the motor base on a manual basis or with your dishwasher. Yes, you have to clean the motor base with a damp cloth so that the section can remain in a working condition.

Plus, when I say that the removable parts are dishwasher-safe, I mean that you can wash them through the dishwasher’s top rack only. You cannot wash these parts with the dishwasher’s bottom rack. Yes, the intense heat of the bottom rack is not suitable for the building materials of the chopper’s removable parts.

Well, the chopper is versatile for processing soft as well as hard ingredients. Yes, you can chop, puree, emulsify, and mince your ingredients like carrots, spices, almonds, apples, and herbs. You can easily perform these processing functions with great efficiency through this chopper.

Cons of the Chopper:

The first con that I noticed is that the chopper is not suitable for big meal preparation. Yes, if you expect a few guests at your home and even if your family is small, you’d have to invest a lot of time and energy in processing your food ingredients with this compact chopper. In that case, a big chopper would be better for your processing tasks so that you don’t have to overly spend your time and energy.
Then, one more con is that the chopper has small blades. So its chopping power is limited. And the blades also become clogged sometimes during processing.
Besides, the last con is that the chopper doesn’t have any speed control setting. It means you cannot perform medium, slow, or fast processing precisely as there are no speed control buttons available in the chopper. You just have to tap on the chopper’s touchpad for a few seconds to see the processing result.
